A dedicated team ensures that the
Special Olympics World Winter Games 2029 will be a complete success!

We would like to introduce our Athlete Ambassadors and the LOC (Local Organizing Committee) here.

Athlete Ambassadors

The integration of our athletes is an important principle of the World Winter Games Switzerland 2029.

As part of the Winter Games in Turin 2025, eight athletes from different continents have been recruited as ambassadors. The group will be supplemented by other people from Switzerland.

They support us with communication up to the event. And who knows, maybe one or the other will even actively participate again in 2029.
