1st Symposium World Winter Games Switzerland 2029

The 1st “World Winter Games Switzerland 2029” symposium will take place in Chur on February 28, 2024. A two-part format has been developed in collaboration with the University of Applied Sciences Graubünden. The topic will be the upcoming major events in Switzerland – but of course also the outlook for the event itself.

In the afternoon, workshops will be held for experts in the three areas of organization, sustainability and accessibility. All details and registration can be found here: Event homepage Workshops.

The actual symposium will take place at 5.00 pm. Moderated by Nik Hartmann, participants will learn about all the events taking place up to 2029. In addition to Stefan Leutwyler as keynote speaker, Luana Bergamin, member of the Grisons cantonal parliament, and Jago Leyssens, representing the hotel and tourism organization, will also be on the podium. Further information and registration: Event homepage Symposium.

The two events of the 1st “World Winter Games Switzerland 2029” symposium are free of charge and will take place on the premises of the University of Applied Sciences Graubünden.

Registration deadline: February 19 for the workshops and February 21, 2024 for the symposium.
