The Inclusion Charter forms an important part of the cooperation with the World Winter Games. It was developed under the leadership of Con-Sense with an expert council and the technical support of Special Olympics Switzerland as an independent guideline for organizations and companies. On 23 October 2023, it was presented to around 50 interested representatives from inclusion-related organizations, sport and business at the Fabrique28 in Bern.
The six principles can be found on the specially created homepage or can be downloaded here (F/I/E version available on the homepage).
The newly established Inclusion Council will now draw up recommendations for action over the next 3-4 months and publish them on an ongoing basis.
The World Winter Games Switzerland 2029 will make the charter part of the agreements with its partners and also offer supporting services. This means that all partners of the WWG 2029 can not only cooperate with the extraordinary mega-event but also benefit from the organization’s expertise.
